>>> You have not found information which resonates with you personally, or outlines steps in a way that makes it easy for you to implement.
>>> You have heard of the need to have a team or group culture. You may have already read books or articles about creating culture.
My goal is to help answer some of your questions about designing culture. I am to give you tools I have learned and developed over the years. These tools have made it easier for me to establish culture in any venture I undertake. The systems I have created and used can be scaled for large and/or complex needs, or for simple one or two stage processes to keep you on task for a personal event or engagement.
